Pasta mista “Oro di Gragnano” 500 gr

Pasta from Gragnano is a simple product: durum wheat semolina and water; it is therefore the selection of the best raw materials that is fundamental to making the difference. Only 100% Italian wheat and water from the Monte Faito spring. Once the ingredients have been chosen, the master pasta maker passes the durum wheat semolina through a sieve to check the purity of the product before starting production. It is dried in static cells at low temperature for at least one day, in order to preserve the quality and taste of the product. The bronze drawing and the slow drying give the Gragnano pasta that particular roughness, which allows a perfect union with the sauce.
