Buffalo’s Blu – Blu di Bufala

HQF selects an excellent blue-veined cheese with a square shape: Blu di Bufala. With a dry, wrinkled, amber-grey rind, it has a creamy, light cream-coloured paste with characteristic blue veins. The aroma is pleasantly intense. The flavour is unique and persistent. Produced from pasteurised whole buffalo milk.
