The pink salt from the mines of the Himalayas is the purest salt, always known in the East for its particular characteristics and properties, it is very pure, unrefined, has 250 million years and is naturally rich in 84 pure mineral salts and trace elements.

It has grains ranging from pale pink to more intense pink almost orange. The particular pink colour comes from the high iron content.

Pink salt is not chemically treated in any way: it is extracted, selected, washed in a saturated solution to remove dust and any residues, ground and packaged.
