Pecorino romano DOP “HQF Rete Agricola” stagionato

Rete Agricola’s Pecorino Romano D.O.P. is the only Pecorino Romano produced in the province of Rome. It is the result of artisan production from cutting to moulding and salting. It is made from raw materials produced locally and subjected to accurate and continuous controls.

The short supply chain and the high quality of the milk, together with the artisan processing where all stages are still carried out manually, allow us to obtain unique products with a characteristic flavour.
