Marango: Bovino Adulto di incrocio “Angus marezzato”

Il Marango è il nostro progetto di filiera italiana, nato dall’incrocio tra un Black Angus in purezza e fattrici di razza Frisona e Maremmana. Ogni capo cresce allo stato brado e segue una dieta certificata “Marango Fioc”, che garantisce il benessere degli animali e conferisce loro un ottimo livello di marezzatura, per cui la carne risulta grassa, sapida e tenera allo stesso tempo.

Il risultato? Una carne dal gusto minerale tipico della Maremmana unito alla dolcezza rappresentativa dell’Angus.

Marango: Adult Cattle Crossed “Angus marezzato”

Marango is our Italian supply chain project, born from the cross between a pure Black Angus and Friesian and Maremmana mares. Each garment grows in the wild and follows a certified “Marango Fioc” diet, which guarantees the well-being of the animals and gives them an excellent level of marbling, so the meat is greasy, savory and tender at the same time.

The result? A meat with a mineral taste typical of the Maremma combined with the representative sweetness of Angus.
