WHAT IS THE 10% SURCHARGE?

Dear Customer, as it happens in all physical stores, the price of some products may vary based on its weight and it can only be calculated when the product has been prepared, that is after your purchase. Buongusterai does its best to respect the weight you have required, but there might be slight variations either in defect or in excess, just like in the local shop. To remedy this difference in weight and therefore in price, the final amount of your expense may undergo slight changes in price which in Buongusterai we have estimated at about 10% of the price of the product. For this reason, when you buy on Buongusterai you are just authorizing the transaction; the exact amount of your purchase will be communicated to you when the delivery document is issued and only then charged to your credit card.

CHE COS’È LA MAGGIORAZIONE DEL 10%?

Caro Cliente, come in tutti i negozi fisici, il prezzo di alcuni prodotti può variare in base al peso e si può calcolare solamente nel momento in cui il prodotto viene preparato, quindi dopo il tuo acquisto. Buongusterai fa del proprio meglio per non discostarsi dalla grammatura richiesta, ma potrebbero esserci delle leggere variazioni sia in difetto che in eccesso, proprio come nel negozio sotto casa quando ti dicono “che faccio, lascio?”.

Per ovviare a questa differenza di peso e quindi di prezzo, l’importo definitivo della tua spesa potrebbe subire leggere variazioni di prezzo che in Buongusterai abbiamo stimato circa al 10% rispetto al prezzo del prodotto. Per questo motivo, quando acquisti su Buongusterai stai solamente autorizzando la transazione, l’esatto importo della spesa ti verrà comunicato con il documento di consegna e quindi addebitato sulla tua carta di credito solamente al momento della consegna della spesa.
