The goal of HQF, which operates in the fine food sector, is achieving ever higher quality standards to ensure a perfect balance between craftsmanship and excellence of the proposals. For this reason, it is of primary importance to select with the utmost care certified gastronomic products both in Italy and abroad. The passion that we have always put into our work leads us to guarantee products that meet the requirements of: traceability of the supply chain, controlled craftsmanship, natural cultivation, consolidated tradition of the producer and quality certifications. Hygienic and sanitary safety of products, the production process as well as the control of our quality department allow us to bring our brand all over the world.

CE STAMP | HIGH QUALITY FOOD

To allow the export of HQF products to the European market, the company has been assigned a unique code (CE stamp). This is a health authorization that allows the free circulation of food of animal origin between the countries of the European Union. HQF is very proud of having the CE stamp, since that demonstrates the recognition assigned to production facilities that respect and requirements imposed by current legislation.

BRC - BRITISH RETAIL CONSORTIUM | HIGH QUALITY FOOD | VERSION 8

The BRC aims to ensure that our labeled products are obtained according to well-defined quality standards and in compliance with established quality standards. It is one of the standards relating to food safety recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative, the main purpose of which is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain. IFS - INTERNATIONAL FOOD STANDARD | HIGH QUALITY FOOD | VERSION 6.1

The IFS Standards, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSSI), are uniform standards for products, services and food. They ensure that IFS certified companies produce and provide services that conform to customer specifications, while striving for process improvement. The IFS is a standard for auditing the food industries that focuses on food safety and process quality.

The ISO 9001 standard defines the requirements of a quality management system for an organization that intends to plan, implement, monitor and improve both operational and support processes, designing and implementing the quality management system as a mean to achieve targets. Each activity is aimed at determining the maximum satisfaction of the customer.

BLOCKCHAIN | HIGH QUALITY FOOD AGRICULTURAL

Since 2021, HQF has obtained Blockchain certification on some direct productions of HQF Agricola, a new technology that guarantees complete transparency of the supply chain. In fact, it shows the ingredients and the process used to produce the final product. In this way, the QR Code shown on the label guarantees traceability and food safety to the consumer, who is increasingly attentive to responsible consumption, and to the chefs -who are interested in enhancing the traceability of their supply chain.
